A maintenance team can respond more promptly when a new client is recorded in Huoltu, rather than waiting for an office check before making contact. Huoltu's New Client Created event can start a Zapier workflow with Mobile Message. The result can be an SMS welcome, a new Mobile Message contact, or a contact added to a list for future service notices.

The same connection can also let an inbound SMS create a customer in Huoltu. If someone texts your Mobile Message number and the required customer details are available, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Huoltu's Create a Customer action. This gives a maintenance business a practical path from first text to a record that staff can check in their GMAO system.

Use Update Client when a text-based process should change a mapped customer record, and keep the fields specific to your operating process.
