Hogunsoft SMS Integration

CRM teams using Hogunsoft often want a new contact to reach the right person quickly, especially when the contact has been added from a conversation, campaign or sales process. Manual copying into a messaging platform adds another task and can leave contact details in separate places. Hogunsoft can send its contact event to Mobile Message through Zapier.

Use Contact as the trigger and pair it with Mobile Message’s Create Contact action. The Zap can transfer the contact name, mobile number and other available details into a Mobile Message contact record. This gives the messaging team a record to check before sending approved communications, without requiring someone to re-enter the information. Mobile Message’s Create Contact action is the visible result in this workflow, while Hogunsoft remains the CRM where the contact was first created.

If a new contact should receive a welcome message, use the same Hogunsoft trigger with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action instead, where the number and permission are available. Apply filters to exclude incomplete records or selected contact types. This is a one-directional Zapier workflow, not a synchronised contact database.
