In the other direction, an inbound SMS can create a matter note or task note in Hivelight, giving staff a visible record of a customer’s text. The connection runs through Zapier, where you choose the matter, task, recipient and message content. Mobile Message handles SMS delivery and Hivelight remains the workspace for matters and project activity.
