Lead Exported can alert the person taking ownership, while Live Transfer Claimed can tell the wider team that a staff member has accepted the handover. Mobile Message can also create a contact, so a new number is recorded for later communication. If a lead should no longer receive automated prospecting after a reply or handover, an inbound Mobile Message text can trigger Hey Rafi's Disable Prospecting action.

This gives operators a clear event-based handoff between the two services. Zapier carries only the fields you map, and the wording, recipient and filters remain under your control.
