You have just published an app and need partners or integration managers to know that the release is available. heedjy helps teams manage third-party integrations and platform partners, and its Published App trigger can start a Mobile Message workflow through Zapier. A text can notify the people responsible for launch checks, partner communication or internal review.

Mobile Message's Send SMS action can deliver a direct alert when an app is published. Send SMS to List can notify a partner operations group, while Create Contact can record a new partner contact if the event includes suitable contact details. These actions let a publication event become a clear hand-off rather than another item someone has to discover in heedjy.

The setup is deliberately selective. You decide which published apps should produce a message, who should receive it and what details should be included. This does not synchronise heedjy with Mobile Message or send updates back into heedjy. Zapier carries the chosen heedjy trigger into one Mobile Message action, making the workflow easy to review and adjust.
