GrowPath SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with GrowPath!
Through Zapier, an Intake Received event can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action to alert an intake coordinator. A changed matter or note can notify a responsible staff member, while an inbound SMS can create a reminder in GrowPath when your process accepts text-based requests. These workflows connect a visible message with a specific case-management event.
GrowPath remains the system for matters, notes and reminders, while Mobile Message handles SMS delivery. The connection does not synchronise legal records or send attachments by text. You choose the event, recipient, fields and wording, then test the Zap before using it for operational notifications.
