New costs can also notify the person responsible for checking property finances.

These messages help turn financial activity into a visible next step without requiring staff to monitor every Gridizen entry. You can include the relevant amount, property reference or payment detail available to the Zap, then send a plain-text message to the chosen recipient. Gridizen also offers an Add Invoice action, which can be used when a separate Zap needs to add an invoice number to a Gridizen record. The connection runs through Zapier, with each workflow using one Gridizen event or action and one Mobile Message action.
