GraceBlocks SMS Integration

A project coordinator is reviewing a GraceBlocks tab when a new record appears for a customer, request or internal job. Without an automatic alert, someone may need to monitor the system, copy the record details and send a separate message. Important work can then wait until the next manual check.

Through Zapier, GraceBlocks can trigger Mobile Message when a new record is added or when a record is created or updated. A business can send an SMS to a contact, create that contact in Mobile Message or add them to a list for later communication. The record can remain in its designated tab, while the text gives a customer or colleague a timely status notice. These actions are one-way workflows, so a GraceBlocks event starts the chosen Mobile Message action rather than creating a general record synchronisation.

For example, a new service request could prompt a confirmation, while an updated record could tell a customer that work has progressed. Map the relevant phone number and record fields in Zapier, then keep the SMS wording concise and easy to understand. GraceBlocks continues to hold the operational record and Mobile Message delivers the message.
