GoLinks SMS Integration

Teams that use GoLinks often need to share a useful internal resource with a new colleague quickly. A Zap can watch for a new user in GoLinks and send an SMS through Mobile Message, giving that person a direct pointer to the information your team wants them to see. A new GoLink can also trigger a message when a newly created resource needs attention.

This connection is suited to operators who keep workplace resources in GoLinks but use Mobile Message for direct alerts. Zapier carries the selected event details into Mobile Message, where Send SMS delivers a plain text notification. It is a Zapier connection rather than a native integration, so it does not synchronise GoLinks users or links. Use mapped fields from the GoLinks event and write the destination or instruction clearly in the SMS. The workflow is most useful for a defined alert, such as notifying a responsible person when a new GoLink is created. It is less suitable for sending an entire resource library by text, so keep the result focused and easy to act on.
