A task is added in Goliath Systemer while your team is already handling customers, projects and forms. If nobody notices the new work, an important deadline or customer request can wait in the task list. A Zapier connection to Mobile Message can put a clear SMS alert beside the event that matters.

Use New Task to text a staff member about assigned work, or use New Customer to send a welcome message when a customer record is created or edited. New Note can also trigger a short internal alert when a useful instruction is recorded. Mobile Message's Send SMS action delivers the visible result, while Create Contact or Add Contact to List can retain customer details for later messages.

This gives operators a simple way to bring selected Goliath Systemer events into their mobile workflow. The Zap uses the data supplied by the chosen event and sends only the message you configure. It does not mirror tasks, notes or customer records between the two platforms.
