GivePanel SMS Integration

A supporter submits a GivePanel registration, but the fundraising team may not see the new contact until much later. GivePanel and Mobile Message connect through Zapier so New Registration can send an SMS or create a contact as soon as the form is submitted. This gives the team a prompt way to acknowledge the registration and keep the supporter’s details available for follow-up.

Use New Registration to send a thank-you text, confirm what happens next or provide a short event reminder when the registration includes a mobile number. Mobile Message can Create Contact, Add Contact to List or Send SMS to List. That means a new supporter can be recorded, grouped with a relevant fundraising audience or notified as part of a defined list process.

The result is a clearer first response without asking staff to export registrations and re-enter phone numbers. Set up the workflow in Zapier, choose the GivePanel form event and map the fields you need. Check the permission basis for SMS communication before sending promotional content.
