A corporate gift recipient has a new redeem page, and the sender may want them to know about it straight away. GildedBox creates premium personalised gift experiences, but manually copying a redeem URL into a message can slow down fulfilment and introduce mistakes. Its New Redeem Page Created trigger can begin a Mobile Message SMS workflow for the recipient or an internal gifting team.

Use the trigger to send a recipient a short message explaining that their gift is ready to claim. You can also notify a coordinator when a redeem page is created, so the team can check the order or follow up with the sender. GildedBox’s Send Gift Redeem Page URL to the Recipient action can be used when another app event should request that page URL from GildedBox, while Create New Order can create a selected gift order.

The SMS pattern described here is a one-way Zapier automation from GildedBox to Mobile Message. It does not sync gift records or attachments, and SMS remains plain text. Choose the recipient, map the redeem URL and test the wording. Both GildedBox and Mobile Message accounts are needed, along with Zapier, and no custom code is required.
