Factory and operations teams can also use Production Order Created to notify an internal mobile number, or Supplier Created with Create Contact to keep supplier details available in Mobile Message. If a customer texts your Mobile Message number, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Fusion Operations' Update Client action when the reply contains information your process can use. These workflows are separate and one-directional, with Zapier passing selected fields between the platforms. Fusion Operations remains the source for factory, client and order activity, while Mobile Message manages SMS delivery and contact lists. Test each event with real field values before switching the Zap on.
