The message can include the person’s name, selected service, booking information or another field exposed by FormHug. You can also create a Mobile Message contact or add one to a list when the form captures a phone number. Because the trigger covers both new and updated submissions, choose the message wording carefully if edits should not create repeated notifications. FormHug and Mobile Message connect through Zapier. They do not automatically share records or provide two-way synchronisation.
