Through Zapier, Flyte's New Customer trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS or contact workflow. The business can send a welcome message, create the person as a Mobile Message contact, or add the number to a selected list for future communication. New Location can also notify a manager by text when a branch or service location is added.

The connection keeps Flyte as the place for customer and location management while Mobile Message handles the selected messaging task. It is not a native integration or a two-way update. Each Zap links one Flyte event to one Mobile Message action, giving teams a clear response to the customer events that matter most.
