Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Fleet Finesse!

A rental customer signs a contract, pays a deposit, or changes a reservation while the team is preparing the vehicle. Fleet Finesse can send these events to Zapier, allowing Mobile Message to text a confirmation or operational update at the moment it matters. New Reservation Created and Payment Recived are useful starting points for customer communication, while Contract Signed can prompt a clear next-step message.

A rental business can also use New Customer Added to create a Mobile Message contact or add the person to a list for future reminders. If an inbound SMS contains a request that your process can interpret, Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received can trigger Fleet Finesse Update Reservation Status. This is a separate automation, not an automatic two-way reservation sync. Configure the reservation reference and status values carefully before enabling it.

The Zapier connection lets you select the Fleet Finesse event, map the available customer and reservation fields, and choose the Mobile Message action. SMS remains plain text, so include only the information the recipient needs.
