About the Fieldnotes integration

A new contact or transaction is added to Fieldnotes, and the next action may depend on a prompt arriving at the right time. Fieldnotes and Mobile Message can work together through Zapier so CRM events lead to useful SMS messages instead of another manual chase. A new contact can receive a welcome text, while a new or updated transaction can prompt a deadline reminder.

Fieldnotes provides events including New Contact, New Conversation and New or Updated Task. These can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action using the phone number and details available in the Zap. The workflow can also run in the other direction. When a person sends an inbound SMS, Mobile Message can trigger Fieldnotes’ Add Contact or Add Note action, creating a record staff can check. This is useful when a reply needs to be retained alongside a contact or conversation.

Select one clear business event for each Zap and personalise the message with the relevant Fieldnotes fields. The connection is configured through Zapier, with no claim of automatic two-way synchronisation between the platforms.

A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration. Please view Zapier's pricing page for further information.
