A new one line invoice can also mark a useful moment to contact a customer, especially when the invoice needs a prompt response or the next step needs to be made clear. Through Zapier, you can connect that event with Mobile Message and send a plain text SMS from the information already held in Fence Cloud.

A Zap can send an SMS when a new one line invoice is sent, giving the customer a direct reminder while the job is still familiar. You can include the invoice reference, amount or a preferred contact number in the message fields. Mobile Message can also create a contact from a Fence Cloud invoice, which gives your team a record to check before following up. This connection does not synchronise Fence Cloud and Mobile Message. It simply passes the selected information from one app to an action in the other, so your office can reduce manual chasing and keep invoice communication timely.
