An invoice only helps your business once it actually reaches the right person, and faktoora exists to get that document into a compliant electronic format under ZUGFeRD and EN16931 rather than a plain PDF nobody's accounting software can read. Mobile Message adds a text message to that process through Zapier, without either platform needing to be rebuilt around the other.

The simplest use is reactive. A customer texts in asking about an invoice, and that inbound SMS can start faktoora's process to create an invoice, so the paperwork begins the moment someone actually asks for it rather than waiting for staff to notice the request. The connection can also sit further back in a longer Zap. An order paid in Shopify can trigger faktoora to create the compliant e-invoice, and once that step finishes, Mobile Message can text the customer to say their invoice is on its way, so the three steps run as one from purchase to notification.

Nothing here requires faktoora and Mobile Message to talk to each other directly. Zapier passes the result of one step into the next, so an invoice created in faktoora becomes the trigger for a text, and a text reply becomes the trigger for an invoice, whichever order the business actually needs.
