FacturaDirecta SMS Integration

You are preparing the day’s invoices in FacturaDirecta when a new customer’s details need to be captured and acknowledged. A new contact can trigger an SMS from Mobile Message, so the customer receives a useful confirmation instead of waiting for a manual follow-up. This is especially helpful for small operators who manage accounting and customer communication themselves.

Use FacturaDirecta’s New Contact trigger to send a welcome note, explain the next billing step, or invite the customer to contact your team. Mobile Message can Send SMS or Create Contact, allowing the same Zap to notify the customer and store their phone details for future messages. FacturaDirecta’s Create Sales Invoice action can also be used when a separate event in another app should create an invoice, while Mobile Message handles the customer-facing text in its own Zap.

The connection runs through Zapier, so you choose the fields passed between the services. It does not synchronise your accounting records. Instead, it gives your team a practical event-based workflow around new clients and sales invoices, with fewer details to re-enter by hand.
