Operators who run invoicing through Evoliz often move from a new sale to payment follow-up, customer updates and delivery administration in the same day. A new invoice can require a quick notification, while New Invoice (Unpaid) marks the point where a payment reminder may be appropriate. Sending that message manually for every record creates avoidable work.

Through Zapier, Evoliz events such as New Invoice, New Payment and New Client can trigger Mobile Message actions. Send SMS can notify a customer or accounts team, Create Contact can place a new client in Mobile Message, and Add Contact to List can organise a suitable audience. You can also use Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger to start an Evoliz action such as Send Invoice when the required invoice information is available.

These workflows connect a specific Evoliz event to a selected action. They do not maintain a native two-way sync between invoicing records and Mobile Message contacts. Choose message recipients carefully and include only the invoice or payment details needed for the customer-facing text.
