A task event can notify someone about an assigned action, while a contact event can keep the Mobile Message record current. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can also start Evolio actions such as Modify Task New, Modify Natural Person or Update Law Case when an incoming text provides the information your process expects.
