Estimators and builders often finish a project export while a customer or sales colleague is waiting for the next update. Evalumo can send its New Exported Project event through Zapier to Mobile Message, so a plain text notification can go out as soon as the project is exported.

The SMS can tell a customer that an estimate is ready, notify a salesperson that pricing is available or prompt a team member to review the exported project. Mobile Message sends the message using the phone number and project information mapped in the Zap. This keeps the communication close to the estimating activity without asking someone to copy details into another tool.

Evalumo’s listed actions can create a project or change its category. An inbound Mobile Message text can therefore create a project in Evalumo when a customer or staff member sends information that needs estimating.
