EquipDash SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with EquipDash!

A guest arrives to collect outdoor equipment, but a booking change or payment issue has already altered the plan. EquipDash events can prompt Mobile Message to contact the customer or staff member before the next handover. Zapier gives operators a practical way to act on these updates without repeatedly checking the booking system.

Booking Updated can send an SMS with revised arrangements, while Booking Cancelled can notify the customer and team about the change. Payment Balance Due can prompt a payment reminder, and Booking Picked Up can send a useful collection confirmation. Booking Completed and Survey Response Submitted can support follow-up messages after the experience.

EquipDash actions can also respond to an inbound Mobile Message text. Inbound SMS Received can run Create Customer when a new customer texts in and the workflow has the required details.
