Through Zapier, Eqpme events can trigger Mobile Message to send SMS, create contacts, or add contacts to lists. A transaction event could send a customer an update, while a listing change could notify a selected audience when the message is appropriate. The contact actions can place a customer into Mobile Message for later communication. Eqpme’s Create or Update Listing action can also be used as a separate step in a workflow started elsewhere, but it is not a trigger.

The connection runs through Zapier and leaves rental records in Eqpme. Mobile Message receives only the event data and action fields you choose, giving your team control over the text and the audience.
