About the Emojot integration

A customer experience manager is watching review activity during a busy trading day when a new online review appears in Emojot. Without an alert, a positive comment may go unnoticed and a complaint may sit unanswered until the next manual check. A Zapier connection can send a plain-text SMS through Mobile Message as soon as Emojot records the review.

New Online Review can notify a service manager, store leader, or response team when a review is added. New Sensor Response can also start a message when a new record is added through an Emojot sensor. Mobile Message can Send SMS or Send SMS to List, so a single reviewer alert or a wider operations notification can be selected for the workflow. You can include the review details supplied by Emojot, such as the source and text, in the SMS fields. The connection does not reply to reviews, update Emojot records, or synchronise customer experience data. It simply carries a selected Emojot event into a Mobile Message delivery step, giving the right person a prompt to review and respond in Emojot.
