New Online Review can notify a service manager, store leader, or response team when a review is added. New Sensor Response can also start a message when a new record is added through an Emojot sensor. Mobile Message can Send SMS or Send SMS to List, so a single reviewer alert or a wider operations notification can be selected for the workflow. You can include the review details supplied by Emojot, such as the source and text, in the SMS fields. The connection does not reply to reviews, update Emojot records, or synchronise customer experience data. It simply carries a selected Emojot event into a Mobile Message delivery step, giving the right person a prompt to review and respond in Emojot.

Yes. Use New Online Review as the Emojot trigger and Send SMS as the Mobile Message action. The review information available in the trigger can be mapped into the notification.

Can sensor responses notify more than one person?

Yes. New Sensor Response can trigger Send SMS to List, allowing a Mobile Message list to receive a notification when Emojot records a new sensor response.

How do I set up Emojot SMS notifications?

In Zapier, select Emojot, choose New Online Review or New Sensor Response, and add a Mobile Message action. Both accounts are required, while the connection itself needs no code.
