A message has arrived in the Emailr inbox, and the important question is whether the right person will see it soon enough. Emailr can trigger a workflow when a new email is received and can send an email through its own action. With Zapier, Mobile Message adds SMS to that communication path, so an urgent email can receive a faster alert.

Use Email Received to send an SMS to a team member, create a contact from a known sender, or add that sender to a list for follow-up. A Mobile Message inbound text can also start Emailr’s Send Email action, giving a customer’s reply a route into an inbox or support process. Each Zap has one defined direction, so you can choose the workflow that matches the job.
