A lead fills out a form and a text only goes out once the email address behind it checks out, so a business isn't spending a message chasing a signup that was never going to reply in the first place. Bad data slips into most lead forms sooner or later, and catching it before a text fires is cheaper than finding out later.

EmailListVerify sits in the middle of a Zap rather than at either end, running actions like Verify Email, Verify Emails From CSV File or Find Email on the details a lead just handed over. Paired with Mobile Message, that middle step means a new entry from a form like Typeform or Google Forms, or a fresh lead from Facebook Lead Ads, gets its email checked first, and only the ones that pass verification go on to receive a text through Mobile Message's Send SMS action.

None of this runs backwards, EmailListVerify can't read anything Mobile Message sends, and Mobile Message never sees the verification result itself, only whether the Zap should carry on to the text step. It sits quietly inside a longer Zap, filtering out addresses before a message goes out, rather than replacing any part of how the text itself gets written or sent.
