Manual email chasing often starts with a list that was never checked properly. Email Awesome can validate addresses in real time or process a batch, helping you avoid sending important SMS workflows to records with disposable, risky, or invalid email details. Its validation result can become a useful decision point in Zapier.

A completed single validation or batch validation can start a Mobile Message action. For example, a validation result can send an SMS to a team member when a contact needs attention, or a completed batch can prompt someone to review the cleaned list before a campaign. Email Awesome also offers Realtime Email Validation and Realtime Email Validation (Extended), which can be used in a Zap before a later Mobile Message step when you need an address checked first. Mobile Message does not replace email verification, and Email Awesome does not send the text. Each service performs its own role through Zapier, giving your team a clearer hand-off between list quality checks and customer communication.
