A Zap can react when a new deal or contact is created, then send an SMS through Mobile Message to the salesperson or another nominated recipient.

This connection gives teams a practical alert around Elixmail’s CRM activity. A new contact can create a Mobile Message contact, while a new deal can send a concise notification containing the opportunity name and other available fields. If a prospect texts your Mobile Message number, an inbound SMS can also start Elixmail’s Create Deal or Create Contact action where the information collected is enough for that record. These are separate, one-directional Zaps rather than a shared live database. Zapier passes the selected fields between the services, and you control the message wording, recipient and Elixmail record fields.
