Elevate SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Elevate!
The contact information supplied by Elevate can be mapped into Mobile Message. This lets a team acknowledge a new subscription, provide a next step, or keep a defined group available for SMS communication. Use separate Zaps for operational notices and list placement so each workflow has a clear purpose and does not send unnecessary messages.
The connection is made through Zapier and is one-directional for each automation. It is not a general synchronisation between billing records and Mobile Message. Review the fields and consent settings before enabling SMS, particularly when a customer has only supplied details for account administration.

Can an updated Elevate customer update Mobile Message?
Yes. Updated Customer can trigger Update Contact. The fields available from Elevate determine which Mobile Message contact details can be changed by the Zap.
How do I connect Elevate subscription billing to Mobile Message?
Create the Zap in Zapier and connect your Elevate and Mobile Message accounts. Select New Customer or Updated Customer and the required action. No code is needed, but both accounts and suitable permissions are required.
