A construction project moves from signed work to active delivery quickly, and the customer often wants confirmation before the site team starts. In Eano, Project Created can start a Zap that sends a plain-text SMS through Mobile Message. Project Stage Change can send another update when work reaches a chosen stage, while Project Data Change can notify a team member when important project information changes.

This gives builders, contractors and project coordinators a practical way to keep customers informed without manually checking Eano and composing each message. A new-project text can confirm that the job has been recorded. A stage update can tell a customer that work has reached the next milestone, or remind an internal contact to review the project. The connection is set up through Zapier, so each workflow has one Eano trigger and one Mobile Message action. It does not synchronise project records or create a native two-way connection. You select the event, map the project fields and decide whether Mobile Message sends an SMS, creates a contact or performs another available contact action.
