Dubble SMS Integration

A guide is added to a Dubble collection just as a teammate needs the latest process. Instead of leaving staff to discover the change later, a Zap can send a Mobile Message notification to the people who rely on that collection. New or Updated Guide Content can also trigger a concise text when instructions have changed.

This connection works through Zapier. Dubble can start a Zap when a guide is added to a collection, removed from a collection, deleted, or updated. Mobile Message can then send SMS, send SMS to a list, create contacts, or add contacts to lists. That makes Dubble's documentation activity useful for practical alerts, such as telling a field team that a safety guide has changed or asking a manager to review a newly added procedure.
