DoveHero SMS Integration

Customers notice the difference when a new sales opportunity receives a useful response instead of sitting in a queue. DoveHero can start a Zap when a new deal or contact is created. Mobile Message can then send an SMS to acknowledge the next step, or create a contact for future communication.

Use New Deal for prompt sales follow-up. A short text can confirm that someone from your team will be in touch, share a suitable instruction, or ask the prospect to reply with a preferred time. New Contact can also create a Mobile Message contact, helping your team keep the person available for later messaging. If a DoveHero workflow needs an existing record updated after a customer replies, Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can run DoveHero’s Update Contact action. This gives your team a practical response path without suggesting that the two systems continuously synchronise.

The connection is made through Zapier. Both accounts are required, and the workflow uses the fields provided by DoveHero plus a Mobile Message action or trigger. Map the mobile number carefully, keep the SMS plain text, and test the result with a real sample record before enabling it. This can reduce delays between sales activity and customer contact while leaving deal management in DoveHero.
