Docsify SMS Integration

A sales representative sends a proposal from Gmail, then watches Docsify for signs that the recipient is interested. A new link click or document view can be useful, but the follow-up often waits until someone notices the activity and remembers the right contact. That delay can leave a promising conversation quiet while the recipient is still considering the material.

With Zapier, Docsify can pass a New Link Clicked or New Document Opened event to Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. A carefully written text can ask whether the recipient would like to discuss the proposal, confirm that help is available, or direct them to the next step. New File Downloaded can also create a contact or add an existing workflow to a list, depending on the fields available in the Zap.

Docsify continues to track engagement in Gmail and G Suite. Mobile Message sends the plain-text SMS that follows an engagement event. The connection does not read replies back into Docsify or synchronise email activity. It gives sales teams a direct notification path when a recipient takes a meaningful action.
