Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with DinamikCRM!

A salesperson is reviewing new leads in DinamikCRM while the prospect is still waiting for a first response. DinamikCRM can trigger when a new lead is created. Mobile Message can then send a plain-text SMS to the prospect or create a Mobile Message contact for a later communication workflow.

This gives sales teams a practical way to acknowledge a lead promptly, especially when a form or campaign creates records outside normal office routines. The message can confirm receipt, set an expectation for a call or direct the person to the next step. A separate Zap can create a customer record in DinamikCRM when an inbound SMS arrives through Mobile Message, using the Create Customer action where the information supplied by the message is sufficient. The connection runs through Zapier, so you configure each direction as its own workflow. It does not provide a native two-way CRM sync. You choose the event, map the available fields and decide which Mobile Message action should follow.
