A New Lead event can send an SMS to the assigned salesperson, while New Contact can create the person in Mobile Message for later communication. Mobile Message also supports Update Contact and Add Contact to List, so a Zap can keep a contact record useful as it enters a selected messaging group. Dialanta's Create Contact and Create Lead actions are available for workflows started elsewhere, but they do not create a native two-way connection with Mobile Message.
