An article is approved in Dedox and published to your knowledge base, but the people who rely on that information may not know it is available. Dedox's Approved Article or Article Published trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS, giving a selected audience a concise update. New Rating and Low Rating can also prompt an internal notification when feedback needs attention.

New Comment and New Comment Reply are useful for alerting a support or content team, while New Article can notify a group when a draft enters the knowledge base. Mobile Message's Send SMS and Send SMS to List actions make the result visible by text. Dedox actions such as Approve Article and Create Article change content in Dedox, but they do not send a text by themselves.

The connection is configured through Zapier, with a chosen event running a chosen Mobile Message action. It is not a native two-way documentation sync. Dedox and Mobile Message accounts are needed, and your team should decide which content events deserve a text before enabling a busy knowledge base workflow.
