Debitura SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Debitura!

A payment arrives on a collection case while your team is checking several recovery matters at once. Debitura can trigger Zapier for a New Payment or Case Closed event, allowing Mobile Message to send a clear SMS update to the relevant customer or internal contact. A New Case event can also start an acknowledgement, so people know the matter has entered the collection process.

These alerts can help a business keep customers informed about payment progress without asking staff to copy details from Debitura into every text. You can create a Mobile Message contact, add one to a list, or send an SMS using mapped case information. Mobile Message delivery status can separately start a Debitura Create Case action where a completed collection handover is appropriate and the required case details are present. Other Debitura actions, such as checking eligibility or uploading a file, remain available for Zaps from another system.

The connection is configured in Zapier. It passes selected case fields between the chosen trigger and action, rather than synchronising Debitura records with Mobile Message.
