Teams using Daylite often have appointments, people, projects and tasks moving at the same time. A new appointment can trigger an SMS reminder through Mobile Message, while a new person can create a contact in Mobile Message for later messaging. These small handovers help client-facing staff act on Daylite activity without repeatedly checking records or re-entering phone details.

Daylite can start Zaps from events such as New Appointment, New Person, New Task and Updated Appointment. Mobile Message can respond with Send SMS, Create Contact, Update Contact or Add Contact to List. For example, a new appointment can send a plain text confirmation, and a new person can create a Mobile Message contact. An updated appointment can send a changed-time notice, while a new task can alert an internal recipient. The connection runs through Zapier and each workflow has one Daylite event and one Mobile Message action. It does not provide native synchronisation between the two systems.

Choose the Daylite fields that should be placed in the message or contact record, test the result, and then turn on the Zap. This gives your team a practical way to turn selected Daylite events into timely SMS activity without changing how appointments and client records are managed.
