A customer has shared feedback, and the product team needs to know that it exists before the next release decision is made. Cycle is built around that feedback process, while Mobile Message can help alert a customer-facing person when a new item needs attention. The result is faster awareness without asking staff to watch another product workspace.

Cycle’s Create Feedback action can be started by Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger. If a customer texts your Mobile Message number with feedback, the Zap can create a feedback record in Cycle using the incoming message and sender details. This gives your team a clear place to review the comment and connect it to delivery work. Cycle’s List Assignees action is a utility-style lookup and does not itself create a visible customer outcome with Mobile Message.

The workflow is one-way for the Zap you build. Mobile Message receives the text and Cycle creates the feedback item. It does not claim that existing Cycle records and SMS contacts remain synchronised, but it can reduce the effort of transferring customer comments into the product workflow.
