A New Booking event can trigger Send SMS with the available traveller and trip details, while New or Updated Trip can notify an adviser that an itinerary needs attention. Send SMS to List is useful for a shared travel team. If a profile includes a permitted mobile number, Create Contact can add that traveller to Mobile Message for future service communications. Keep each message limited to the information supplied by Cruisen.
Cruisen has no actions in the supplied list, so the practical direction is from Cruisen into Mobile Message. This is not a two-way booking sync. Zapier simply watches the selected Cruisen event and runs the chosen Mobile Message action when the conditions match.
