Corymbus SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Corymbus!
New Contact can send a welcome or confirmation text, or create the person as a Mobile Message contact. New Activity can also trigger an SMS when an important sales or marketing activity is recorded. If a customer texts back, Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can create a Corymbus contact, giving the CRM a record of the person who initiated the conversation. Each workflow is configured in one direction and uses the fields you map.
This gives small teams a practical way to act on CRM activity without leaving every message to manual follow-up. Corymbus continues to hold customer and opportunity records, while Mobile Message sends the text.
