ConvergePoint SMS Integration

A compliance manager may publish a new policy or contract document while staff are focused on other work. If the people affected by that document only discover it during their next visit to ConvergePoint, important information can be missed. A short SMS alert gives your team a direct prompt to review the published material.

With Zapier, ConvergePoint’s New Document trigger can start a Mobile Message action when a new active Contract or Policy document is published. You can send a text to a designated contact, create a contact in Mobile Message, or add an existing contact to a list. The message can include the document name or a review instruction if those values are available from the trigger.

This is useful for compliance teams, contract administrators and organisations with staff spread across locations. It can mark the moment a policy becomes active, notify a responsible manager, or remind a group that a review is due. The Zap does not publish or update documents in ConvergePoint. It simply takes the supported publication event and sends the selected Mobile Message response.

A separate Zap can start from Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received event if replies need to be handled elsewhere. Both systems remain in their own accounts, while Zapier passes the selected information between them.
