A contractor payout document can be generated while the people responsible for approval or payment are working elsewhere. Contrata can signal that a new invoice, receipt or work log exists, or that payout documents have been generated. Mobile Message then turns that event into a direct text so the next person knows there is work to review.

Use New Document with Send SMS to alert an administrator when an invoice, receipt or work log is ready. Payout Generated can trigger Send SMS to List when a finance or contractor support group needs the same notification. You can also use Inbound SMS Received to trigger Generate Payout Documents when a text-based request contains the details required by your Contrata process.

The connection is configured through Zapier and does not create a native two-way link between the platforms. Map only the fields needed for the notification, keep financial details limited and test filters for each document type. Mobile Message sends plain text, so the SMS should direct the recipient to Contrata for the full record and approval work.
