ComTrack SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with ComTrack!

An insurance team may spot a due commission card while working elsewhere, then forget to tell the person responsible before the deadline passes. ComTrack provides Boards Card Due, New Card and chat events to Zapier, allowing Mobile Message to send a plain text SMS when a commission task needs attention.

Boards Card Due is the clearest alert point for a time-sensitive reminder. New Card can notify a team member that a commission item has been created, while Chats New Mention can send an SMS when someone calls a colleague’s attention to a message. In the other direction, Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received can create a ComTrack card or add a comment, giving a texted instruction a visible place in the board. These are configured workflows, not a shared ComTrack and SMS workspace.

Zapier handles the no-code connection. Choose the ComTrack event, map the board or chat details and select a Mobile Message action, or choose an appropriate ComTrack action for an inbound SMS. Both accounts are needed. The result depends on the fields supplied, and every SMS remains plain text.
