In-house legal teams using Composure often receive a new project or ticket while several matters are already competing for attention. A project status change or new ticket can remain in the system until somebody checks it, even when a client or internal stakeholder needs a prompt response. Through Zapier, Composure events can start SMS actions in Mobile Message.

New Project can send a message to a relevant contact, while Change Ticket Status can add a contact to a list for a defined follow-up group. List New Task can also send SMS to a prepared audience when a task becomes visible. Mobile Message can create contacts as well, so selected people can be prepared for later legal-work updates when their details are available.

Composure's actions include Create Task, Create Ticket and List External Forms Links. A Mobile Message inbound text can therefore create a task or ticket, provided the message supplies enough information for the chosen Composure action. This is a focused Zapier workflow, not a complete matter-management sync, and each step should be limited to the information suitable for plain-text SMS.
