Teams that use Cloze to manage professional relationships can react to important changes without watching every contact timeline. Cloze can trigger a Zap when a person changes, when a project changes, or when a company changes. Through Zapier, those events can start Mobile Message actions such as sending an SMS, creating a contact, or adding a contact to a list.

A person change can prompt a timely text when a stage, segment, assignee, step, or custom field changes. A project change can alert a client or internal owner about movement on an active project, while a company change can create or update a Mobile Message contact for future communication. You can also use Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger to create a note, ToDo, or communication record in Cloze when someone texts your Mobile Message number.

This connection is useful when Cloze holds relationship context and Mobile Message handles the text conversation. Each Zap has one trigger and one action, so choose the event and destination deliberately. Personalise the message with the Cloze fields available in the Zap, and keep consent and unsubscribe handling in your normal SMS process.
