Waiting for a meeting or dashboard review can slow a response to a recurring customer concern. A Zapier workflow can send the insight through Mobile Message as a direct alert.

New Signal Generated can trigger an SMS to a product owner, support lead or manager. The text can include the signal title and available context, helping the recipient decide whether a review or follow-up is needed. ClosedLoop AI also offers Ingest Feedback as an action, so an inbound Mobile Message can submit customer text for analysis when the message contains usable feedback. These are separate automations with a defined direction, not a shared feedback database or two-way sync. Keep the SMS concise and avoid including information that should remain private. In Zapier, map the signal or inbound message fields, test the result, and select the Mobile Message action that fits your process. Both ClosedLoop AI and Mobile Message accounts are needed.
