ClientPoint SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with ClientPoint!

A ClientPoint workspace may be approved or signed while the person responsible for follow-up is working elsewhere. ClientPoint Created, Clientpoint Signed, and ClientPoint Approve can each start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier, so customers and colleagues receive a timely update. A new workspace can also create a Mobile Message contact for future communication.

Mobile Message actions include Send SMS, Create Contact, Update Contact, Send SMS to List, and Add Contact to List. ClientPoint's Clientpoint Notes action can be started by an inbound SMS, recording a reply against the relevant workspace when the required identifiers are available. Other ClientPoint actions, such as Document Generation and Upload File, can be used in separate workflows where their output supports a later messaging step.

This connection helps reduce the manual chase around proposals and relationship workspaces. It does not create a native two-way integration or sync every ClientPoint field. Build the direction you need in Zapier, map the workspace or contact details, and test the message before using it with customers.

Can ClientPoint text a customer when a workspace is signed?

Yes. Clientpoint Signed can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action. Map the customer number and use the available ClientPoint details to confirm the signing or explain the next step.

Can an SMS reply become a ClientPoint note?

Yes. Inbound SMS Received can start ClientPoint's Clientpoint Notes action. The Zap must include enough workspace information to attach the note to the intended ClientPoint.

How do I set up ClientPoint SMS notifications?

Select a ClientPoint trigger or action and a Mobile Message step in Zapier, map the fields, and test the workflow. No code is needed, but ClientPoint, Zapier, and Mobile Message accounts are required.
